Warranty Policy

Overview:
Mudita Store resells tech and electronic products from OEMs like Dell, HP, Acer, Lenovo, MSI, Asus, Apple, and others. Warranty terms vary by brand and product, as per their rules. Most warranties cover hardware defects and faulty workmanship, offering repair or replacement of defective components.

General Warranty Conditions:

  1. Covered by Warranty:

    • Hardware defects and workmanship issues as stated in the warranty card.
    • Replacement of defective parts with equivalent or superior components.
    • Conditions not caused by physical damage, improper use, electrical faults, or unauthorized modifications.
  2. Void Warranty Scenarios:

    • Missing or altered invoice, warranty card, factory seal, or serial number.
    • Physical damage, unauthorized repairs, modifications, or improper use.
    • Damage due to natural disasters, electrical surges, liquid contact, or accidents.
    • Virus-induced issues, software errors, or improper BIOS updates.
    • Parts damaged due to normal wear, corrosion, or external pressure.
  3. Exclusions:

    • Cracked screens, plastic parts, bundled accessories (cables, bags, etc.).
    • Battery capacity reduction due to normal use.
    • Loss of data, programs, or removable storage media.
    • Dead pixels on LCD/TFT screens (claims require >5 dead pixels).

Additional Notes:

  • Warranty is non-transferable and doesn’t cover change of mind.
  • Repair timelines for major hardware failures may take 3–5 weeks.
  • Customers must ensure proper packaging for warranty claims; damages from improper packaging are the customer’s responsibility.
  • If warranty is voided or lapsed, all expenses are borne by the customer.

Replacement and Refund Policy

Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy:

  • Products with faults or breakdowns within 5 days of purchase are eligible for replacement or refund.
  • Items must be returned with original packaging, invoice, and warranty card.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds are issued within 3 working days via the original payment method.
  • Products will be inspected for warranty-void conditions before refunds.

Key Details:

  • No deductions for shipping or handling fees.
  • Receipts (physical and email) will list all returned items and accessories. Missing items will result in equivalent deductions.
  • After the 5-day DOA window, warranty terms apply.
